Severn Edge Equine Vets and St Georges Equine join forces from 1st March 2016

Severn Edge Equine Vets based in Bridgnorth are delighted to be the chosen partner of St George’s Veterinary Group’s Equine Division to provide an enhanced veterinary service to horses across the greater Wolverhampton area from March 1st 2016.

The new practice will trade under the banner of Severn Edge Equine. The directors of Severn Edge Equine, Mark Sanderson, Kate Maxwell and John Brentnall, look forward to welcoming Andrew Crane, equine director of St George’s for many years and his colleague Meghan Moore to the Severn Edge team on March 1st 2016.

Both practices have looked after horses in this area for over fifty years and pride themselves on providing the very best of modern veterinary care for the patients entrusted to them. As a merged, larger practice of seven experienced vets dedicated solely to working with horses we are confident that the care we offer will remain second to none. St George’s equine clients will have the benefit of the enhanced surgical and diagnostic equipment available in the larger practice and can be reassured that their horses’ health will remain in very safe hands.

Severn Edge Equine will continue to offer a reduced cost “zone” visit scheme that can be used for pre-booked revisits to cases as well as the routine vaccinations and dentals included in the St George’s scheme. A health plan to enable budgeting for routine veterinary costs will also continue to be available. An equine vet will always be on-call to deal promptly with emergencies outside normal working hours.

We are sure that you will be delighted with the enhanced service that this arrangement will deliver. Both Severn Edge Equine Vets and St George’s will be pleased to answer any queries that you may have regarding this announcement. We look forward to seeing you soon.
