Part Time Receptionist - Fixed Term - Bridgnorth

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time receptionist (maternity cover) at our Bridgnorth Hospital. 

As receptionist you will provide a friendly, efficient and effective service to our clients and their animals.

You will be responsible for:
- Managing the reception area
- Actively promoting the products and services of the practice
- Accurately recording client and animal information on our IT system
- Taking client payments and cashing up in a timely manner
- Cleaning duties
- Liaising with other branches

Hours of work: 21 per week

Monday 15.00 - 19.15

Tuesday 15.00 - 19.15

Wednesday 12.00 - 15.00, 15.30 - 19.15

Thursday 15.00 - 19.15

1 in 3 Saturday rota 08.30 - 13.00

Salary: In line with National Minimum Wage

Skills & Qualifications:                 
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator is preferred
Excellent organisational skills and conscientious approach
Commitment to excellent client care
MS Office
Strong communication skills and an ability to influence others
GCSE (or equivalent) passes in Maths & English
